Mom2Bee is resuming operations starting June 5 2020. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and our priority to keep our clients safe we have the following precautions in place.
Clients and their guest are required to bring their own facial masks to the appointment. Only one guest is allowed at this time, livestream is available for guests that would like to virtually view the ultrasound.
All payments will be made via Interac e-transfer prior to the appointment to reduce the risks of contamination during the visit.
Clients will be requested to fill out an information form online. The form will include the following questions.
- Have you been sick with any of the following symptoms in the last two weeks? Fever, Cough, Sore throat, headache, shortness of breath, muscle aches, nasal congestions and sneezing, hoarse voice, diarrhea, unusual fatigue, loss of sense of smell or taste, red purple or bluish discolouration of feet, toes or fingers.
- Have you been in contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last two weeks
- Have you travelled out of the province in the last two weeks?
If your answer to any of the above questions are, YES, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to a minimum of two weeks in the future.
Additionally please note that the washroom facilities will NOT be accessible at this time.
The waiting room will also be unavailable, you should wait in your vehicle until you receive a call from our office. This is to ensure that the previous client have left safely.
Once you enter the clinic, the ultrasound specialist will maintain social distancing until the beginning of the session. There will be a PVC separator between the specialist and the client to increase protection for the client as well as our staff.
After the client leaves, the space will be properly disinfected to ensure the next client arrives to a clean and sanitized place.
